Downtown Farmers Market Seeks Help of Youth Artists

Hey kids, do you like to draw and color? Do you doodle in your spare time?

Want to help Arlington’s Downtown Farmers Market this summer?

The market is looking for kids to help with the design of posters, signs, and other cool things to promote their weekly activities. A contest will be launched THIS Friday (June 18th) and run through the 4th of July.

Contest Rules: This contest is for kids 12 and under. Draw & color a picture of what you think the farmers market looks like!

Size of Entry: Standard 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper.

How to Submit: Drop off contest entries each Friday and Saturday during regular market hours (8am-1pm)

The Prize: The winning youth artist will receive an awesome prize to a local water park!

So don’t delay kids! Pull out your pencils and paper, fire up those imaginations, and draw away!
